Apple Valley Trunk or Treat

Join us for Apple Valley’s second annual Trunk or Treat event. This free event allows a safe environment for children to dress up in costumes and trick-or-treat by going from vehicle to vehicle collecting candy. City vehicles and staff from multiple departments will be in attendance.
