Calling All Horse Lovers

Golden Ridge Stables, conveniently located in Lakeville, is offering a camp designed to give riders a fun-filled experience with reliable school horses. Discover how to safely work with your horse on the ground, as well as on its back in a “hands- and seat-on” environment. Each child gets individualized attention, a structured riding lesson and learns fun things about their horse. For safety reasons, participants must be physically and cognitively able to ride a horse on their own.

Participants are required to wear jeans and boots with a heel (no rubber boots); riders will not be allowed to ride in tennis shoes. Helmets provided. Bring water, a hearty snack and lunch.

Participants may register for only one section of this class per year.
