Pan-O-Prog Run

The running course will take you along the beautiful west side of Lake Marion. Race includes a 1-mile and a 4-mile run, and a free 1/2-mile Fun Run for kids. Categories are divided by age, gender and race length: 9 and under, 10-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and over. Results will be available after the races online.

Registration July 10 or prior, $24. Day-of registration $30. Online registration closes July 11, at 6 a.m.

There is an additional $10 charge for running both races.

• 4 mile: 7:45 a.m. start
• 1-mile: 8:45 a.m. start
• Racers must check in 30 minutes prior to race time.
• Free Kids Fun Run: starts at approximately 8:30 a.m. Free Kids Fun Run does not include a t-shirt. Fun Run participants do not need to check in, meet at the red flag.
