Valleyfair’s Corn Fest

Valleyfair’s annual Corn Fest is back and bursting with bold flavors, live entertainment and shuckin’ good fun.

Guests are invited to celebrate Minnesota’s golden crop with lively music, quirky character hosts, interactive games, and a-maize-ing food and drink offerings that highlight sweet, spicy and buttery corn in every different way.

From Traditional Roasted Corn and Jalapeño Corn Fritters to Rainbow Elote and house-made Sweet Corn Ice Cream, Corn Fest is a delicious tribute to all things corn. Guests can sip on seasonal drinks like the Jalapeño & Sweet Corn Margarita or Maizie’s Rhubarb Refresher and dive into exclusive bites like Caramel Corn Funnel Fries and Roasted Corn & Hatch Chile Queso Fries.

Saturdays and Sundays,  August 16–August 31, plus Monday, September 1.
