Empower Families to Talk about Vaping and Cannabis

This workshop for parents and caregivers of third–twelfth graders will provide essential information and strategies for addressing the growing concerns around youth vaping and cannabis use, led by three experts in the field. Learn about the current nicotine and cannabis products popular among teens, the associated health risks and how targeted marketing and social media affect youth behavior.

The workshop will also cover the impact of recent cannabis policy changes in Minnesota and important information about legalization.

By empowering parents and caregivers with knowledge and communication tools, the goal is to help you engage in effective conversations with your teens about the dangers of vaping and cannabis use.
